"We moved from Montana to Tucson 3 years ago and have used State Farm Ins. for over 50 years, so it was a no-brainer to sign up in Arizona. I recently needed to suspend coverage on one of my vehicles because it needs a major repair I cannot afford at this time. I spoke with Kat and she was so accommodating and friendly. She took care of the suspension then ran off several other quotes for me for my other vehicle to make it easier to save and get my crippled car running sooner. After some checking on my part I called her today and made a change in coverage. She took care of everything quickly and followed with an email detailing what we had done. I have been very pleased with the Craney office and their employees. Thank you, Kat!"

"This office and Nancy in particular is about as useless as it gets. Never any response, never answers texts emails or phone calls, thanks to them my registration was suspended unlawfully. I don’t have the money to pay for a ridiculous renewal fee all because these people REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOBS. This is absolutely unacceptable and someone needs to be fired over this. Steer clear of State Farm if you live in Tucson."
