Full-Time | Tucson, AZ | $50,000–$65,000 + Commission Potential

Nancy Craney State Farm is looking for a motivated, competitive, and outgoing Account Acquisition Specialist to help grow our agency by connecting with new customers and developing new business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working toward goals. Insurance experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads and prospective customers
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and referrals
  • Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
  • Prepare quotes and confidently present coverage options
  • Follow up consistently and work toward closing new accounts
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business Insurance
  • Maintain daily activity and sales goals
  • Provide a professional and positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident making outbound calls and asking for the sale
  • Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses are a plus
  • Willing to obtain required insurance licenses
Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000–$65,000 annual compensation
  • $5,000+ monthly earning potential
